The Role
As Group Product Manager Savings, you'll define the future of savings products at one of the fastest-growing fintechs.

Your key responsibilities 🎯

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for Plum’s multi-market savings products, with a strong focus on tax wrappers.
  • Drive growth and adoption across key EU markets like France by delivering competitive, localized, and innovative savings solutions..
  • Ensure product compliance with local regulations, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to bring impactful products to market quickly and effectively.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.

Who you are 👀

  • Experienced in savings products, with a strong background in fintech.
  • Deep understanding of the largest EU market and product localization.
  • Proven ability to scale savings products in the EU.
  • A strategic thinker who can also execute at pace, using data to inform decisions.
  • Experienced in managing and mentoring product teams.
  • Familiar with French and EU financial regulations (experience with ACPR is a plus).
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
