This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving recruiter workflow problems, working directly with customers, and building products that improve the hiring experience.

As a Product Manager, you'll work at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and product innovation. What you'll bring
- Experience owning or contributing to a Product within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiting Technology, Talent Acquisition technology or closely related HR Tech products is essential.
- Product Management experience owning discovery, prioritisation and delivery within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviews, validation and turning customer insight into roadmap decisions.
- Experience balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and technical constraints when making product decisions.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong product judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable using data and experimentation to inform product decisions.
- Experience using AI tools (such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT or similar) to support discovery, prototyping or product delivery is highly valued.
- Enjoy spending time with customers and understanding real workflow problems.
- Prefer solving root causes over shipping feature requests.
- Are naturally curious and enjoy challenging assumptions.
- Like working in a highly collaborative product team.
- Are excited by building products that thousands of recruiters and hiring managers rely on every day.
Job Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery within HiBob's Hiring product
- Work directly with customers and users to understand pain points, workflows, and opportunities
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to define solutions and deliver product outcomes
- Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and priorities
- Drive product discovery, validation, and decision-making using qualitative and quantitative insights
- Define and measure product success through KPIs and outcome-based metrics
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization
- Own and evolve reporting and analytics capabilities within the Hiring product, helping recruiters and hiring managers make better decisions through data.
- Support successful launches and adoption of new capabilities
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
