Position Overview
Spend your days making a difference, not just working for a living. We do that by creating Modern Governance and Security, Risk management, Compliance, and audit software that uncovers fraud, waste, environmental risk, and abuse in their organizations. Our collaborative R&D teams are distributed into several core Pillars like Boards Governance, Governance Operations or Risk and Compliance. We use different technologies to build our SaaS platform and tackle strategic business challenges, creating highly impactful solutions for today and for our future to support Modern Governance.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to learn and practice effective analysis, design, programming, and testing as you help build and maintain scalable SaaS solutions. You’ll be part of an established, supportive team that works closely together to achieve excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of an agile team and contribute to grooming user stories and ensuring work items are clear and testable.
- Design and document user interfaces, components, patterns, and principles that enable designers and engineers to create consistent and high-quality user experiences with the help of AI.
- Take part in team's ceremonies.
- Document, maintain components, and evangelize the benefits of Diligent’s design system both internally and externally.
Required Experience/Skills
- Looking for education in Product Design: university-level design coursework or comparable coding boot camp qualification
- General knowledge of common AI tools
- Open mindset to learn to use AI tools
- Self-driven mindset
- Fluent English
