Process Enhancement Analyst

Team/Role Overview 

The Shared Controls Group (SCG) exists to support the Markets business globally through the efficient execution of controls / processes that are common across region, product, and risk category. Specifically, within this role you will be responsible for the identification and implementation of automation-based projects. 

What you’ll do 

• Assist our global business partners in the identification of automation opportunities.

• Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) and automation-based skills in the deployment of tactical and strategic solutions. 

• Collaborate with technology partners in the requirements gathering and deployment of systemic automation projects. 

• Promote education and adoption of automation tools across the Shared Controls Group (SCG). 

• Application of advanced data analytics through Business Intelligence tools to extract insight and trends across businesses, products and regions. 

What we’ll need from you 

• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. 

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge and experience 

• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL Queries.  

• Experience in one or more of the following is advantageous: VBA, R, Python. 

• Strong verbal/written communication, including the ability to confidently present to other Citi staff. 

• Demonstratable skills in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. 

• Knowledge and experience of the market trading function is advantageous. 

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
