As a PMO Analyst, you serve as the operational engine of the program, driving rigorous governance, financial transparency, and seamless stakeholder alignment. We require an agile professional who thrives in high-velocity environments and can navigate shifting organizational priorities with poise. You will act as a strategic enabler, proactively resolving bottlenecks and managing complex dependencies to ensure uninterrupted delivery across all workstreams.
Your tasks will include:
- Establish and optimize project governance frameworks, ensuring consistent meeting architectures and reporting cadences.
- Synthesize complex data into high-impact daily and weekly performance reports, including executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Serve as the technical lead for project management toolkits, including Monday.com and SharePoint, managing permissions and optimizing collaborative workspaces.
- Coordinate the reporting architecture for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining structural integrity for trackers and performance dashboards.
- Lead the end-to-end facilitation of project sessions, ensuring precise minute-taking and the diligent execution of follow-up actions.
- Act as a central point of contact to ensure cross-stakeholder alignment and streamlined communication channels.
- Administer comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and action trackers to mitigate project slippage.
- Facilitate the preparation of high-level steering committees, project boards, and specialized governance forums.
- Execute rigorous financial oversight by tracking budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
- Deliver data-driven insights and financial modeling to support informed decision-making and project ROI.
- Monitor critical path milestones and project timelines to ensure alignment with broader program objectives.
- Partner with program leadership to provide cross-functional visibility and progress tracking across diverse workstreams.
To be a good fit for the PMO Analyst, you will have:
- Proven track record in PMO or Program Coordination, specifically within large-scale enterprise transformation and change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of project lifecycle governance and the implementation of robust tracking methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in high-velocity, ambiguous environments where strategic pivots are frequent.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical progress into business-ready updates.
- Advanced proficiency in Monday.com, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and collaboration.
