About the Role
We are seeking a curious, driven, people-minded student to join our People Development team! As a People Development Intern, you will primarily focus on the growth & development of our Moose. With this opportunity, you will also be exposed to other areas of the organization, including People Strategy, Total Rewards, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Workplace Experience; as well as other cross-functional teams.
This role requires:

In this role, you will:
TECHNOLOGY:

  • Partner with the People Development team as an administrator for our Learning Management System and digital learning platforms, including content, roster and license management, as well as system changes.
  • Support the research and potential implementation of new technologies to encourage on-the-job application and learning personalization.


LEARNING EXPERIENCES:

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support learning initiatives, aligned with organizational objectives.


OPERATIONS

  • Assist in the development of standard operational procedures for learning initiatives.
  • Support data and analytics work to encourage learner accountability/engagement, and optimize our learning experiences.
  • Coordinate logistics for blended learning experiences, including scheduling and communications.

  • Data Analytics: Collects, analyzes and synthesizes data to demonstrate team impact in alignment with organizational objectives.


Successful candidates should be:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated with a relevant degree, displaying a strong academic record and eligible for an immediate start
