Ecommerce Partnership Manager – EMEA | Payoneer

Role Summary

Payoneer is seeking a seasoned, energetic, and ambitious Ecommerce Partnership Manager to lead and scale our partnerships acquisition channel across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a strategic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving growth through innovative partnerships. You’ll be at the forefront of executing our go-to-market strategy, building high-impact relationships, and delivering revenue beyond expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and expand a robust network of ecommerce partners and affiliates using Payoneer’s platform and products (commercial cards, payment solutions).
  • Drive client acquisition across diverse verticals such as seller academies, ecommerce consultants, logistics firms, global tax and accountancy, and business formation services.
  • Lead strategic business analysis and market development initiatives to unlock new opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA Partnerships Director and cross-functional teams to align on goals and execution.
  • Represent Payoneer at partner events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence and partner engagement.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales, partnerships, or business development within Payments, Financial Services, Technology, or Ecommerce.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to execute end-to-end business initiatives.
  • Skilled in data analysis, deal-making, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to travel and engage with partners across the region.
  • Bonus: Additional language skills are a plus.
