Your future team
As our new Strategic Partner Sales Manager - UKI / EMEA you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Atlassian's growth across the UKI / EMEA region. You'll build and manage a high-performing, partner-led sales pipeline, secure strategic deals with key partners, and foster strong relationships to deliver exceptional value for both partners and customers. Acting as a trusted advisor to Account Executives and strategic sales teams, you'll support team success through expert partner engagement and solution alignment.
You will be joining a newly formed collaborative Partner Sales Team across EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Head of International Partner Sales. You'll help shape our culture, share ideas, and drive our global partner ecosystem, ensuring every voice is valued.

Drive regional growth by building and managing a high-performing, partner-led sales pipeline, working closely with our Strategic Sales Team to identify and pursue new business development opportunities. You will secure high-value, strategic enterprise deals with key partners and serve as a trusted advisor to Account Executives and strategic sales teams, supporting team success through effective partner engagement and solution alignment.

- Be a key resource and expert advisor to Account Executives and strategic sales teams, supporting team success through partner engagement and solution alignment.
- Fostering strong, trusted relationships with partners and customers, ensuring ongoing success through alignment and exceptional value delivery.
- Leveraging deep market insights and a thorough understanding of customer needs, you will shape and execute impactful go-to-market strategies, championing partners and driving exceptional value
Your background
- A background within top-tier SaaS vendors or major cloud providers, with proven ability to drive results in the UKI region.
- Extensive direct enterprise sales experience, including quota-carrying, pipeline creation, and deal management - combined with partner ecosystem knowledge and a track record of driving results.
- Experienced in working with, or enabling, Global and Strategic System Integrators (GSIs / SIs), ideally within the UKI market or similar enterprise environments, with a strong understanding of their operating models and influence within the enterprise technology landscape.
- Partner account experience in complex, quota-driven co-sell environments.
