As our new Partner Sales Manager - Enterprise & Strategic, UKI, you will be joining a newly formed collaborative Partner Sales team across EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Head of International Partner Sales. - Actively engage in field sales activities, leveraging your market knowledge to build and convert a robust partner-driven pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with partners and customers, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Use your insights into market trends and customer needs to shape go-to-market strategies and unlock growth.
- Serve as a connector between partners and internal teams, aligning efforts and driving shared outcomes.
- Advocate for partner and customer needs, helping us deliver exceptional value and exceed sales targets.
Your background:
- Proven experience in partner and field sales management, in the technology sector, with a deep understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems.
- You have direct sales experience, including quota carrying, pipeline creation and deal management
- Extensive hands-on experience driving sales and building customer relationships in the UK market, having achieved targets through direct, in-person engagement.
- Adept at orchestrating multiple, high-impact partner initiatives - coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring every milestone and deliverable is met on time in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural connector who builds trust and strong partnerships across teams and with stakeholders at every level.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
