Role Summary / Purpose

The Partner Channel Manager, Reseller is responsible for leading the development and growth of Duetto’s global partner network, focusing on regional resellers and strategic alliances. This role is accountable for key functional results, driving revenue, accelerating adoption, and expanding Duetto’s market reach through trusted third-party relationships. This role will own the full partner lifecycle—recruitment, enablement, joint go-to-market planning, and performance optimization—operating independently and setting direction within their scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a systematic and scalable process to evaluate, recruit, and activate new resellers in target regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
  • Design and manage the global partner program framework, including incentives, tiering, co-marketing, and deal registration.
  • Own partner revenue targets and pipeline contribution goals, including forecasting and reporting on performance to Sales Leadership.
  • Drive partner accountability through regular business reviews, KPIs, and support partner sales cycles from qualification to close.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner alignment on go-to-market priorities and product releases.
  • Negotiate partner agreements, revenue models, and performance commitments with new and existing alliances.
  • Manage onboarding, certification, and training processes to ensure partners can effectively sell and support Duetto solutions.
  • Optimize the partner ecosystem strategy by analyzing data and championing partner feedback internally to influence the product roadmap.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.
QualificationsRequired:
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology.
  • Experience managing and navigating complex technical and commercial relationships.
  • Solid track record of being able to manage communications and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders at various levels in an organization.
  • Proven analytical and strategic ability to deliver regional partnership plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly adept at creating reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment without a set playbook.
Preferred:
  • Specialized skills or knowledge within the B2B SaaS or Hospitality technology industry.
  • Fluency in multiple languages in addition to English.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
