  • Provide analytical and administrative support with transactions
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including Middle Office, Sales, Trading & Legal
  • Complete daily tasks accurately and on time
  • Identify operational risk to minimize bank risk, and provide solutions to reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies
  • Manage, escalate and resolve all requests, inquiries and issues.
  • Develop a technical understanding of supporting applications and architecture identifying opportunities for improvement and involvement in testing
What you'll do:
  • Provide analytical and administrative support with transactions

What we’ll need from you:
  • Ability to multitask in a high-risk environment
  • Experience in Microsoft packages
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Successful candidates will attend a three week Market Operations Training Academy. This aims to help you understand how Markets Operations work and where your role fits in in Citi while also providing you with all the tools needed to be the best you can be in your new role.
