The National Account Manager - Wholesale Accounts is responsible for developing, communicating and executing a strategy to grow profitable shares within specific wholesale national accounts. This individual will develop and maintain relationships with key account, corporate and branch leadership. They will also be responsible for sales growth opportunities and gross profit.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation of go-to-market strategy for wholesale product bundle within specific national accounts.
- Responsible for gaining shelf positions for wholesale level.
- Responsible for all wholesale communications- new product launch, price, BI, training, packaging, etc.
- Owns top customer relationships including all wholesale rebate programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at Winsupply across all levels of their organization(s).
- Effectively manage budget and profitability across multiple brands.
- Provide coaching, development and performance management for account.
- Supports area/regional manager and rep organizations to effectively implement key account/channel management.
- Supports price management process including customer communications and BI information delivery. Negotiate annual programs and control to budgets plan.
- Forecast ownership
- Collaborate with marketing to prepare promotions, merchandising and new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or account management.
- Experience presenting and communicating to all levels within an organization.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with ability to drive goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate a compelling value proposition.
- This role requires up to 75% travel.

Base Salary Range: $112,900 - $155,238
The compensation range(s) identified above is a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
