The RoleReporting to the VP Marketing, EMEA, the Director, Regional Marketing UKI is responsible for spearheading the marketing strategy across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will lead a high-performing team to drive pipeline creation and brand awareness, ensuring all activities align with both regional requirements and global EMEA goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Lead the comprehensive marketing plan for the UKI region, encompassing demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), events, partners, and thought leadership.
Pipeline Generation: Drive pipeline creation and progression for new logos and customer expansion using an account-centric, outcome-focused approach.
Sales Alignment: Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership by delivering high-performing programs and providing strategic insights.
Channel Growth: Develop a partner-sourced pipeline through integrated co-marketing, clear communication, and partner enablement.
Brand & Advocacy: Strengthen brand presence through executive-level programs, major industry events, and the cultivation of customer advocacy.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the UKI marketing team (both direct and dotted-line reports) while maintaining alignment with EMEA/Global marketing, Sales, and SDR functions.
Operational Excellence: Match marketing activity to the specific strategic requirements of the region with a data-driven focus on ROI.
Experience: 15–18+ years in marketing (field-based roles) within global B2B SaaS or the cybersecurity industry.
Proven Results: Demonstrated track record of driving pipeline generation and revenue influence for enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the enterprise buyer ecosystem specifically within the UKI region.
Functional Mastery: Extensive experience in ABM, executing high-impact events, and running programs tailored for CXOs.
Analytical Rigor: A data-driven approach to marketing with a constant focus on pipeline metrics and ROI.
Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Sales within the security or networking sectors.
Strategic Execution: A proven track record of creating and executing targeted campaigns that align directly with corporate strategy.
Innovation: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, AI-driven processes, and cloud alliances to optimize marketing efforts.
Education: MBA with a focus on Marketing or Strategy.
