About

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Mid-Market Account Executive to join our EMEA team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with mid-market clients. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Development and Marketing teams to identify opportunities and position Lokalise as a trusted partner in solving customers’ localisation challenges.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company, where you’ll play a key role in scaling our presence in the EMEA market.

 You Will
  • Manage the full sales cycle: From prospecting and identifying qualified leads to delivering compelling product demonstrations, navigating proof-of-concept processes, and negotiating contracts.
  • Engage mid-market prospects: Position and articulate Lokalise’s value proposition to key decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives.
  • Build a robust pipeline: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and leverage outbound efforts to consistently maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey and tailor solutions to prospect needs.
  • Exceed sales targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas while driving long-term relationships with customers.
  • Track and report sales activities: Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasting and account planning.
  • Stay informed: Continuously educate yourself on Lokalise’s products, the localisation industry, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
 You Must Have
  • Proven sales experience: 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably managing complex sales cycles with mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Track record of success: Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing new business.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers: Given the complexity of our product, it’s essential that you’re comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and navigating product-focused conversations.
  • Sales methodology expertise: Familiarity with methodologies like SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude: Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and able to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Resilient and proactive mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is motivated to drive urgency and outcomes.
It’s a Plus If You Have
  • Experience selling localisation or translation management solutions.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS market and a strong grasp of B2B sales processes.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Outreach.io or Salesloft.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
 Our Benefits
  • Competitive salary and employee stock options plan
  • Fully remote and flexible working hours
  • Co-working budget
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Top-notch tech equipment for your work
  • Learning & Development program
  • Health insurance
  • Wellness benefits
  • Great startup atmosphere, team spirit, and team events

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
