Mō te tūranga | About the Role
We’re looking for a marketing professional who can turn strategy into action and lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated campaigns that strengthen the Westpac brand and drive real customer and commercial outcomes.

In this role, you’ll translate insights and strategic direction into effective marketing plans, oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution across multiple channels, and ensure every piece of creative is grounded in a customer‑first approach.

You’ll work closely with brand, customer, and cross‑functional teams, along with agency partners to deliver seamless  experiences. You’ll monitor performance, optimise through a test‑and‑learn mindset, and manage campaign budgets with accuracy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves bringing ideas to life in market.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign delivery.

  • Able to turn insight into action to deliver creatively excellent campaigns that drive commercial outcomes.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to craft clear, engaging content that simplifies ideas for a targeted audience.

  • Comfortable working with complex products and processes.

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.

  • Experience in a complex services environment such as financial services, telecommunications, or service industries would be an advantage.

  • Business‑to‑Business (B2B) Marketing experience will be a plus, but it’s not essential.
