Lead and mentor a squad building and operating CDC and streaming data pipelines from DB2/VSAM/Oracle to Kafka and HDFS. Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, incident response, scalable designs, service SLAs, tooling standards, and stakeholder/vendor management while driving continuous improvement.

Lead pricing analysis and reporting for Business Lending, monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support pricing tools and governance. Provide data-driven recommendations, automate and simplify pricing processes, and build stakeholder relationships to influence commercial outcomes.

Lead operational excellence, strategy execution and transformation across Institutional & Business Banking. Partner with senior leaders to prioritise delivery roadmaps, drive change adoption, manage governance and performance reporting, identify risks and opportunities from business insights, and provide leadership continuity as needed.

Lead analysis of business customer behaviour across digital channels, combining data, feedback, and journey insights to identify pain points and opportunities. Build toolkits and dashboards for Relationship Managers, inform product and pricing strategy, deliver sector and competitive intelligence, influence senior stakeholders, and define/track success metrics and reusable playbooks to drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
