Leads end-to-end business analysis for complex change across product, operations, technology, engineering, risk and design. Defines problems and outcomes, elicits and documents requirements, analyzes processes, data, systems and customer impacts, facilitates workshops, assesses options, manages dependencies and supports delivery readiness. The role also influences decisions, improves analysis practices, and coaches and mentors other analysts.

Provides phone-based customer support to Business Banking customers, managing requests within agreed service levels and connecting clients with appropriate internal teams and solutions. Requires professional phone and email communication, customer service experience, initiative, ownership, and an understanding of business clients’ needs. The role is full-time and permanently based in Auckland or Wellington.

Provides independent assurance over cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, remediation, compliance, and security performance. Leads critical vulnerability remediation, evaluates cyber risks and controls, develops metrics, influences stakeholders, and translates technical issues for diverse audiences. Mentors colleagues and supports continuous improvement across the organisation.
