Provide high-quality client support to Institutional and Business Banking customers, assist Relationship Managers in planning and delivering client solutions across IBB products, manage client interactions across channels, maintain accurate records in bank systems, identify client needs, and support tailored banking solutions.

Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for Balance Sheet Risk and Securitisation HPC platform. Support DevOps pipelines and deployments, maintain documentation, engage internal and external stakeholders, ensure SLA compliance, assist platform development, support Power BI reporting, and participate in on-call and occasional weekend work.

Provide Level 2/3 support for procurement and property-related business applications: monitor system performance, resolve incidents, manage requests/changes in ServiceNow/GoJira, assist deployments, perform root cause analysis, maintain runbooks and Confluence documentation, and collaborate with engineers, tech leads, business users and vendors.
