Provides specialist relationship support to business banking customers, proactively managing maturing loans and deposits, fixed-rate rollovers, and term deposit maturities. Responsibilities include negotiating pricing, retaining customers, collecting information for facility restructuring referrals, and actioning Mortgage Discharge Requests. The role requires strong customer relationship skills, business banking product knowledge, lending awareness, and familiarity with pricing frameworks and interest rate markets.

Develop, test, and deliver front-end product features using React and TypeScript. Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to a component library, respond to production incidents, support release/deployment activities, and maintain documentation. Collaborate on requirement analysis and implement changes with attention to UX/UI and quality.

Design, develop, maintain and execute automated UI and API test solutions. Review requirements, drive test scenarios and workshops, promote CI/CD test integration, provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and contribute to tool selection and quality engineering best practices across the organisation.
