Lead and mentor a squad building and operating CDC and streaming data pipelines from DB2/VSAM/Oracle to Kafka and HDFS. Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, incident response, scalable designs, service SLAs, tooling standards, and stakeholder/vendor management while driving continuous improvement.

Lead design and optimisation of end-to-end customer journeys for business banking. Translate strategy into measurable digital experiences, drive digital adoption, use customer insight (NPS, Voice of Customer) to prioritise roadmaps, partner across Digital, Product, Technology and Distribution, and track performance to enable continuous improvement and experimentation.

Create and deliver internal communications that inform, inspire and engage employees. Produce company-wide updates on strategy and performance, culture initiatives, leadership communications and enterprise publications. Write, edit and translate complex information into engaging content, develop multimedia including video, build stakeholder relationships, manage multiple priorities, and contribute creative approaches to strengthen engagement and culture.
