Lead operational risk, compliance and governance for Enterprise Fulfilment Operations across mortgages, lending and transaction banking. Partner with business leaders to identify, assess and manage risks (including AML, Privacy, CCCFA), run governance forums, manage incidents and remediation, perform control testing and risk registers, deliver training, and liaise with second-line risk and compliance teams.

Design and build extensible Dynamics 365 solutions: develop plug-ins, custom workflow assemblies and actions; implement integrations and concurrency handling; integrate Power Platform and Power BI; profile performance using Application Insights; and support CI/CD with Azure DevOps.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across New Zealand by providing lending advice, structuring credit solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring portfolio health while complying with risk, AML and CCCFA requirements. Collaborate with product specialists and support teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and represent the bank in the market.
