Additional requirements:
- A minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in dedicated, pure marketing roles (brand management, consumer marketing, or portfolio marketing)
- Proven track record within the FMCG industry is a must - experience in food categories is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience developing and executing brand strategies, innovation pipelines, and go-to-market plans within fast-paced consumer goods environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights into commercial action within food or snacking categories is considered a distinct advantage
- Please note that this role requires deep, hands-on FMCG marketing expertise.
