We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented DACH Marketing Coordinator, based in Berlin, to support our growth in the region. This is a full-time role within the European Marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Manager for DACH. You’ll help drive execution of strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams to increase awareness and demand across the DACH region. It’s a great opportunity for someone eager to develop a long-term career in B2B marketing within the digital advertising industry.

 

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Native or professional German and fluent / professional English communication skills, written and spoken

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing at a B2B company or through relevant internships

  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder coordination skills

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating with both local and international teams

 

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with Salesforce, QlikSense, or content platforms

  • Knowledge of content marketing and localisation best practices

 

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll bring value by:

  • Executing marketing projects aligned with the DACH Marketing strategy alongside the Marketing Manager

  • Supporting the logistics and planning for key industry events such as OMR and DMEXCO

  • Coordinating regional hosted events to engage and retain clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

  • Delivering corporate gifting campaigns and managing suppliers and promotional materials

  • Localising global marketing assets to support sales and client conversations

  • Supporting analysis and reporting on campaign performance, using marketing tools and internal data sources
