The Channel Programs Marketing Analyst oversees planning activities and execution for the web store, co-op marketing, and other assigned pro channel programs to support strategic business initiatives. This role analyzes program effectiveness, reports out results, manages program active, budgets and inventories, and makes recommendations for improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze program effectiveness, enhance program offerings, evaluate financial impact and implement structure for program change
Oversee pro channel marketing planning activities to support strategic business initiatives and promote local activation of national marketing campaigns and promotions by actively engaging dealers to participate
Influence dealer marketing participation by recommending marketing strategies to drive sales
Lead development of dealer digital marketing programs, including paid media, and ensure campaigns are aligned with and positively impact strategic business objectives
Oversee integration of channel programs within the broader pro channel marketing calendar
Evaluate and revise current business processes across channel marketing programs with regular cadence to ensure program optimization
Use innovative solutions to develop a Co-Op lifecycle program and analyze long-term program impact against business objectives
Act as marketing communications expert on local/individual dealer marketing support and execution
Lead development of content relevant to a dealer’s business, and lead initiatives with creative agency to develop effective dealer advertising materials
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business
4+ years of marketing or sales experience
2+ years' of experience working within dealer channels preferred
