Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Pro channel marketing programs that support overall business and partner objectives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Develop and execute account-specific co-marketing strategies for distributors, direct dealers, and builder partners to grow channel sales and awareness
Collaborate with Product Marketing to plan and execute Pro channel launch campaigns that accelerate adoption of new products and services
Lead the development and coordination of the annual Pro marketing calendar to align campaigns, launches, and channel initiatives across teams
Partner with Sales and Marketing Analytics to track, measure, and optimize key campaign performance metrics; use insights to drive continuous improvement
Partner with GTM, Sales, Product, and broader Marketing teams to ensure channel marketing initiatives align with strategic priorities and brand standards
Support the creation and execution of channel segmentation strategies to focus resources on high-potential partners and guide messaging approaches
Manage execution of Pro channel merchandising initiatives, including displays, digital assets, and sales materials that drive sell-through
Manage vendor partners to ensure timely, cost-effective execution of programs; maintain budget tracking in partnership with Finance and Sourcing
Evaluate campaign performance, report outcomes, and apply findings to improve return on marketing investments
Serve as the advocate for Pro channel partners in internal planning discussions to ensure strategies reflect partner needs and opportunities
Communicate effectively across internal and external teams, adapt messaging to audience needs, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing marketing culture
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years in marketing, communications or general management; experience working in a matrix organization leading direct and indirect teams towards common goals and initiatives
Deep expertise of dealer and distributor channels of distribution and retail partners
Channel program and channel marketing experience
