The Data & Technology (D&T) team mission is to empower TAC to become a truly data-driven, digitally-enabled organization that delivers exceptional value to our customers & stakeholders through strategic innovation & technological excellence. 

Your Role and Mission 

You will be an internally-facing Manager responsible for leading the team that executes the planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of all major internal business applications. Your immediate focus will be on standardizing our deployment methodology, scaling our capacity, and ensuring all new systems are adopted successfully by end-users.

You will be instrumental in adding structure and governance to our deployment pipeline, ensuring that every system rollout is delivered on time, within budget, and with robust change management to minimize disruption and maximize value. 

Here’s How 

As our Manager of Business Systems Implementation, your focus will be across the following key priorities: 

● Deployment Governance & Methodology: Working with our colleagues in CIO, standardize the full-cycle implementation process, including creating consistent templates for requirements, testing scripts, and go/no-go criteria. Define clear approval and escalation workflows to ensure project health and predictability. 

● Team Leadership & Capacity Management: Lead, mentor, and manage Business Systems Analysts and Project Managers. Plan how the team are deployed to enable multiple projects to run in parallel. 

● System Integrity & Operational Readiness: Oversee meticulous system configuration, data migration, and integrated testing to ensure all deployed solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure robust post-launch support and stabilization plans are in place for every rollout. 

● Change Management & Adoption: Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management (OCM) and training strategies. Drive high user adoption by focusing on a seamless user experience and clear communication of system benefits. 

● Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central liaison, connecting with all business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Delivery, Marketing), technical architects, and IT Operations to ensure full alignment, successful integration, and proper handoff for long-term system support.

● Project Leadership & Accountability: Proven commitment to taking ownership of mid to large-scale system deployments, managing risk effectively, and driving multi-phase projects to successful completion while fostering a collaborative team environment. 

● Operational Excellence: Expertise in system implementation best practices, deployment methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and process optimization to deliver predictable, high-quality results. 

● Systems Expertise & Business Analysis: Exceptional ability to lead the translation of complex business needs into detailed technical and functional specifications for business

systems. 

● People Management & Development: Strong experience in leading, mentoring, and building a high-performing team, including resource forecasting and workload management. 

● Stakeholder Management: The capability to effectively collaborate and influence leaders across different business functions to negotiate priorities, manage expectations, and ensure successful cross-departmental alignment.
