The Role
As a Management Consultant at Capco, you’ll work with leading financial institutions to deliver platform-led change across Wealth Management and Pensions. From proposition design and Target Operating Model definition to client training and platform configuration, you’ll be a trusted advisor in shaping solutions that support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strategic growth. You’ll combine your sector knowledge with consulting expertise to drive real impact for our clients.
What You’ll Do
Advise clients on proposition and platform requirements, drawing on market expertise and regulatory knowledge.
Support Target Operating Model design, integrating platform functionality with investment operations and client processes.
Lead the Model Wealth Solution (MWS) configuration process for platform implementations.
Deliver quality assurance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support effective change delivery.
Provide ad-hoc consultancy, training, and ongoing platform advisory services.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working in consultancy or internal change roles in financial services, ideally pensions or wealth management.
Knowledge of investment platforms and related operational, regulatory, and product structures.
Experience implementing platforms at major institutions or with technology providers.
Familiarity with Model Wealth Solution and ability to lead platform configuration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Bonus Points For
Experience in proposition definition, TOM design, or bespoke platform requirements gathering.
Background in regulatory advisory related to platforms or investment operations.
Experience delivering platform training or knowledge transfer services.
Consulting experience across both bespoke and off-the-shelf platform implementations.
Exposure to quality assurance processes within a project delivery environment.
