Job Summary

The Lead Channel Solutions Engineer is responsible for driving complex technical sales strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Collaborate with senior management to align technical sales efforts with company objectives, and lead major sales opportunities, acting as the primary technical expert.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement complex technical sales strategies to effectively address partners needs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align technical sales efforts with company objectives and priorities, ensuring consistency with overall business strategies.
  • Act as the primary technical expert during major sales opportunities, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance to partners and internal teams.
  • Lead the development of high-quality solutions, ensuring that they meet or exceed partners and customers expectations, and deliver value.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, engineering, and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes and strategies to improve effectiveness and drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to sales teams, helping them understand and articulate the technical aspects of products and solutions. 

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in driving complex technical sales strategies and leading major sales opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior management to align technical sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Strong decision-making skills to navigate critical sales situations and drive outcomes.
  • Innovative thinking to develop creative solutions that differentiate the company in the market.
  • Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, industry innovation, and market positioning. #LI-NA1

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
