Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing ServiceNow team within Enterprise Health Service. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in ServiceNow development or a strong technical background who is eager to learn and grow within the platform. You will support the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and workflows that improve service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules including but not limited to Core Platform, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, WDF, HRSD, HCLS, GenAI.
  • Support the underpinning ServiceNow platforms, and the implementation of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation of ServiceNow applications.
  • Help maintain platform performance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform and its core modules.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable (but not required)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to ITIL concepts and practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., MID Server, Integration Hub).
