Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Business Development Director - an industry veteran and ETRM expert - in driving new business and deepening client relationships.
  • Make direct contact with prospects, clients, and strategic partners through sales calls, meetings, and networking efforts.
  • Assist with sales management activities, including pipeline tracking, CRM updates, forecasting, and opportunity follow-up.

  • Learn capSpire’s offerings - ETRM/CTRM consulting, operations support, and digital transformation services—and be able to articulate value to prospects.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2- 4 years of professional experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

  • Experience in the energy, commodities, financial trading industries, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with ETRM/CTRM systems or energy software is a plus but not required.

What we offer:

  • Mentorship and hands-on experience supporting an ETRM industry expert.
  • Exposure to major global energy clients and complex digital transformation projects.
  • Clear path toward a full sales or account management career.
  • Collaborative international culture with flexible working arrangements.

Our Impact:

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
