- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with customers in implementation or deployment projects.
- Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
