POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Graduate AV Support Engineer to join our growing support team. This is an exciting entry‑level opportunity for a motivated graduate with a strong interest in technology, collaboration systems, and customer support.
In this role, you will provide first‑line AV, IT, and networking support, helping to maintain and monitor client environments while delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to develop AV and IT skills and progress your career within EOS.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Act as a first point of contact for clients, providing support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site escalation where required
  • Provide first-line support for AV systems, meeting room technology, IT hardware, networking, and collaboration tools
  • Monitor client AV and network infrastructure, responding proactively to alerts, incidents, and service requests
  • Perform routine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure systems remain reliable and fit for purpose
  • Support the upkeep of AV environments including displays, conferencing systems, control systems, and associated network connectivity
  • Ensure incidents and requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in line with agreed SLAs
  • Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused support experience, maintaining professionalism and clear communication at all times
  • Work closely with senior engineers and global teams to escalate issues and expand your technical knowledge
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge articles, and continuous service improvement activities
  • Participate in training and development programmes to build AV and networking expertise

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • A strong interest in technology, AV systems, and IT support
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality and user satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively while working within defined support processes

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject / experience. Recognized professional I.T. qualifications or relevant experience. ITIL Qualified (preferable)
  • General IT knowledge (hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals)
  • Any exposure to or interest in AV technologies such as video conferencing, meeting room systems, or digital signage
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, or basic networking concepts
  • A strong motivation to upskill through structured training and hands-on experience provided within the role
