Overview: As a Implementation Consultant (CRM Focus) at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will support customers with front office module implementations Client Engagement (CRM) but may be called up on to work on Matter Management solutions as part of a mixed team – advising, consulting and supporting the configuration of business process workflows and automation tools, dashboard designs, reporting, security, forms creation etc.
Primarily, you’ll be working to assist customers to implement as part of a new project – but you may also re-engage with existing customers to maximize usage & value or supporting other consultants in pre-sales activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Implementation, Configuration, Test, support Go Live
- Implement, configure, train and test Peppermint software within Implementation guidelines as part of a new project
- Provide post Go Live support to customers
Workshops and Consultancy (within area of specialism)
- Deliver and participate in pre-defined workshops with clients, helping them to make decisions and decide how the system should be configured
Documentation & Communication
- Write and develop new courses/training material
- Create documentation to capture customer specific configurations
- Deliver services in accordance with agreed customer SOW to include any revision of such plans, and the necessary communication of that revision
- Document issues and actions arising and ensure these are passed to the appropriate person for progression
- Provide management and senior consultants with regular, timely updates
Relationship building
- Continually develop and strengthen client, internal and external relations to help create long partnerships through proactive and personable interactions
Supplementary responsibilities
- Pre-Sales
- Help prepare or participate in presentations and demonstrations with our sales team
- Business Analysis
- Support our sales team and professional services colleagues in prospect and customer business analysis - 'explore and define' workshops prior to deployment
- Product Management
- Contribute to Product Management where required including product specification and testing (relevant to expertise)
- QMS
- Support our Quality Management System development and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of ‘CRM’ software and ERM software, general business process automation tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience/Knowledge of BD and Marketing
- Ability to gather and interpret client business needs and communicate requirements
- Ability to write technical documentation and follow standard methodology
- Proven technical ability to implement functionality into software e.g. building workflows, dashboards, reports, templates
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional business issues
- Strong people skills in building trust and relationships and creating a collaborative style with clients
- Previous experience delivering software training (in house or client side)
- Understands and has demonstrated previous success in a consultancy role
- Client facing experience or experience working with Legal Stakeholders ‘in house’.
- Commercial business expertise.
- Experience in using and configuring in the Power Platform including Peppermint.
- Previous experience of implementing ‘front end’ software solutions into law firms or other regulatory environments
- Understanding of Peppermint software functionality. Note that this will be developed on the job, or from previous experience of Peppermint software solutions.
- Experience of marketing, relationship management and business development technology to drive growth (Client engagement specialism)

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $55,000 to $85,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
