As an Implementation Consultant at FE fundinfo, you’ll be at the forefront of client-facing projects, working with innovative software and contributing to the development of industry-leading solutions. Your key responsibilities as an Implementation Consultant will include:
- Taking the lead on a wide range of project and programme management tasks, ensuring delivery to schedule and quality standards.
- Providing regular updates to the Head of Implementation and collaborating with a graduate implementation associate to complete project tasks.
- Training and upskilling new graduate implementation associates on the Fundipedia product and implementation processes.
- Analysing large data sets with accuracy and documenting clear, articulate business analysis to advise clients on best practices.
- Assisting in system demos and training sessions with clients, building positive, open, long-term relationships.
- To adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Implementation Consultant:
- You must have 1-2 years' experience working with software in a client-facing role.
- You will have proven experience delivering projects to clients in a timely manner.
- You should be able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and project processes.
- You must have a keen interest in data management, financial services, and asset management.
- You will demonstrate strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
