Job Summary

As a IDIQ FIT Leaders Graduate Program - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City you will designed to cultivate the next generation of IT talent within the Information Technology Department (ITD), providing a structured pathway for long-term development and career growth. Job Description

We are looking for an IDIQ FIT Leaders Graduate Program - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City to assist in the management and maintenance of client’s IT infrastructure including servers, network, cloud platforms, end-user devices, and enterprise tools among others. Participate in IT asset lifecycle planning, including procurement, deployment, configuration, and retirement of hardware. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluying City.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of client’s IT infrastructure including servers, network, cloud platforms, end-user devices, and enterprise tools among others

  • Participate in IT asset lifecycle planning, including procurement, deployment, configuration, and retirement of hardware

  • Collaborate with engineers on systems patching, backups, monitoring, incident resolution, and problem resolution

  • Design, implement, and optimize automation processes that improve operational efficiency

  • Support client’s cybersecurity frameworks by performing compliance checks, vulnerability assessments, and log reviews

  • Contribute to incident response workflows, access control audits, and endpoint protection activities

  • Assist in preparing cybersecurity awareness materials and internal risk reports

  • Use client’s IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to track service requests and support ticket resolution

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

  • Document IT procedures, workflows, and user guides to enhance team efficiency

  • Contribute to dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making

  • Use basic tools (e.g., Power Platform, Excel, Power BI) to automate simple tasks and visualize data

  • Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest or prototype digital solutions

  • Assisting in the delivery of IT-related projects and services across business and technical domains 

  • Participating in rotational assignments within ITD (e.g., digital innovation, cybersecurity, vendor management, project delivery, IT business operations, governance, and procurement) 

  • Supporting the implementation and testing of IT systems and solutions 

  • Assisting with data analysis, report generation, procurement and contract support, or documentation 

  • Collaborating with client staff and stakeholders to understand business needs and propose appropriate technology or operational solutions 

  • Participating in learning and development activities organized by the agency or client 

  • Exposure to mission-critical IT projects that support client’s operations 

  • Rotational assignments to build experience from both a technical and generalist management perspective 

  • Participation in selected training and learning sessions offered by the agency partner 

  • Mentorship and career development guidance from agency representatives, client supervisors and mentors 

  • Networking opportunities within client and its development partner community

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Experience in digital strategy development, project management, or related areas 

  • Strong research and analytical skills 

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills 

  • Proficiency in specific software, programming languages, or technical tools essential for the position 

  • Relevant internships or projects demonstrating practical skills and application of theoretical knowledge 

  • Demonstrated passion and drive for the role and the organization 

  • Alignment with the organization's values and work environment 

  • References highlighting the candidate's work ethic, reliability, and overall performance 

  • Recent graduate with a first-level university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field 

  • Demonstrated academic excellence and strong analytical skills 

  • Strong passion and commitment to international development work 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written) 

  • Agile mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Preferred:

  • Graduates should ideally have exposure to or interest in some of the following areas Proficiency in all is not required; openness to learning is key

  • Programming & Scripting: Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL 

  • Web & App Development: HTML/CSS, React, Angular, Node.js 

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python (Pandas, NumPy) 

  • Cloud Fundamentals: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud 

  • DevOps & Automation: Git, CI/CD pipelines, scripting tools 

  • IT Support Platforms: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence 

  • Cybersecurity Fundamentals: Security awareness, threat management basics 

  • Agile Delivery: Scrum, Kanban, Agile practices 

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and collaboration tools

  • Understanding of IT service management principles and basic project methodologies

  • IT Business Management: Project tracking and portfolio management, reporting and stakeholder coordination 

  • IT Human Resource Support: Workforce planning, onboarding support, contractor/vendor engagement 

  • IT Governance & Compliance: Exposure to frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, and risk management principles 

  • IT Procurement & Vendor Management: Understanding of procurement lifecycle, contract reviews, and vendor sourcing 

  • Policy and Administrative Support: Drafting documentation, compliance reviews, and records management 

  • Business and Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Business Support (including but not limited to areas such as training administration, change management, multimedia design, budget coordination)

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
