Job description:

We are seeking a talented HR professional to join our team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality generalist HR support across the business. This is a broad and hands-on role, with exposure to a range of HR functions. This position can be based in either London or New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing recruitment efforts for non-investment teams, partnering closely with hiring managers.
  • Proficiently utilise and navigate the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to support the hiring processes.
  • Provide support on benefits administration, including responding to employee queries on coverage and enrolment.
  • Assist in the management of visa and immigration processes, coordinating with external providers where necessary.
  • Support the planning and execution of mid-year and end-of-year performance review processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes.
  • Coordinate and execute ad-hoc HR projects in collaboration with the broader HR team.

Required qualities and skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to effectively execute on competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive attitude with an ability to maintain discretion.
  • High level of work ethic.
