As an HR Operational Effectiveness Director on the Global People Team in our London office, you’ll play a vital role in designing and driving people-focused systems and tools that fuel Taboola’s growth. You’ll lead global talent programs, enable strategic workforce planning, and partner closely with HR and business leaders to future-proof our organisation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how we assess, develop, and retain top talent at scale.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:- 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent, or Organizational Effectiveness with a global scope
- Proven experience designing and implementing performance, talent, and engagement strategies
- Experience partnering with senior leadership on org design, change, and workforce planning
- Strong data orientation — able to design tools and processes that drive measurable value
- Experience leading HR or OD teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
- Experience supporting M&A, restructures, or enterprise-level change management
- Familiarity with DE&I learning or leadership development frameworks
As an HR Operational Effectiveness Director, you’ll bring value by:
- Developing and implementing tools and programs across the post-hire talent lifecycle (e.g. performance, engagement, talent planning, mobility)
- Leading strategic workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
- Partnering with HRBPs and senior leaders to guide org design, transformation, and change programs
- Championing career pathing and internal mobility through practical frameworks and visibility tools
- Supporting the L&D Director in aligning learning strategy to capability gaps and business value
- Embedding continuous improvement into HR delivery — auditing, evolving, and scaling best practices
