As a Learning & Development Director on the People team in our London office, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how our people grow, lead, and thrive. You’ll drive global learning and development strategies that help individuals unlock their potential, support leadership at all levels, and strengthen Taboola’s performance-first culture. Your work will impact every part of the employee experience — from onboarding to career acceleration.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including 4+ years in a strategic or leadership capacity
- Experience creating and scaling global L&D programs across multiple regions
- The ability to translate business needs into high-impact learning strategies
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing leadership decisions
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading change initiatives in a fast-paced tech or digital company
- Exposure to DEI-focused learning and leadership enablement programs
As a Learning & Development Director, you’ll bring value by:
- Leading the global L&D roadmap, including leadership development, talent growth, and engagement strategies
- Designing and delivering scalable learning programs aligned with business goals and local needs
- Building frameworks and toolkits to support employee development at all stages of their careers
- Strengthening company culture through values-based learning and development initiatives
- Partnering with People Partners and business leaders to drive adoption and impact of L&D programs
- Managing external vendors, tracking budgets, and ensuring smooth, on-time program delivery
