You'll be working in a hard-working team, alongside peers, always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into our P&P Operations & Industrial Relations Lead. Responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Support the HR team in day-to-day activities and strategic projects with a focus on process optimization;
- Ensure timely management of monthly purchasing orders;
- Handle daily Time & Attendance (T&A) routine tasks, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting;
- Handle with increasing autonomy all activities related to Internal Communication (e.g., Newsletter, Digital Boards, Town Hall organization, email campaigns);
- Support in organizing periodic events at the site (e.g., Family Day, Charity events, IWD, Rise Against Hunger, Movember, Special Visitors Site Tours);
- Lead or contribute to small projects focused on process improvement (e.g., updating JDs, Training Matrix, Employee Handbook);
- Ensure the Training Database is maintained and updated regularly.
- Perform weekly data accuracy checks in HR systems (e.g., Workday) to ensure proper payroll execution;
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, recruiting, and other HR functions as needed
Qualifications

Hard Skills:
- EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included);
- Strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel and Power Point);
- Knowledge of HR systems like Workday is a plus;
- Familiarity with Time & Attendance management and related tools is a plus
- (Preferred) Proficiency in Canva for creating visuals
- Language knowledge: proficient in English and Italian
Background:
- Master/Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Economics, Business Administration;
