The Continuous Improvement Lead lies within the International Operations - Western Europe BU. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal and external senior stakeholders.
Purpose of the job
Lead the cost and efficiencies improvement of the lines assigned by analyzing data, identifying/prioritizing top losses and repetitive losses and implementing action to eliminate them.
As Continuous Improvement Lead you will be responsible to:
- Analyze daily, weekly and monthly data of the assigned lines to identify top and repetitive losses;
- Lead Problem Solving Tools (IPS, RCA) to eliminate repetitive losses for the line focusing on the creation of standards and long-lasting actions;
- Lead continuous improvement projects of the assigned lines using PDCA/DMAIC methodology, focusing on cost reduction and efficiencies increase;
- Work with the Process Owner and the Maintenance Lead to get the results of the assigned lines;
- Attend meetings routines for the assigned Portion (Level 1 Shift DDS, Level 2-DDS, Weekly DDS and all the standard meetings);
- Support standard definition and creation, training and developing the team to lead the cultural transformation;
- Ensure assigned standards (Centerline, Changeover, OPL, among others) completion and compliance. Create countermeasures on any outages;
- Be part of the implementation and execution of the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) chapters, in particular, the one related to CI and Standardization;
- Assist in managing the lines focusing on Safety, Quality and Efficiencies using KHMS standards;
- Spend time on the floor to gather information on stops, centerlines and changeovers to focus the improvements to be done in the assigned lines.

Qualifications

- EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included);
- Previous CI or relevant experience in Production environment of at least 6 months (stage included);
- IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel);
- Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian;
- Background: Bachelor degree in Engineering;
- Green Belt Lean Six Sigma or TPM Coordinator/Instructor are a plus
