Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done 

This role will be instrumental in ensuring we attract and retain the best talent. The primary focus will be recruiting talent for our Belfast, NI location with our US Talent Acquisition Lead and our local Site Lead as your sparrings partners. You will also partner with our EMEA team to identify and hire top talent for critical roles. Together with the HR Business Partner, EMEA, you will streamline HR processes to enhance the employee experience across the EMEA region.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to build candidate pipelines and strengthen employer branding in alignment with hiring goals.
  • Create and improve processes for candidates and hiring managers to enhance their experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain a robust communication strategy with hiring teams and candidates to ensure transparency and engagement.
  • Champion necessary updates and procedural changes within our recruiting systems, specifically Workday, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify and address recruitment-related issues quickly, offering logical solutions and educating stakeholders on effective practices.

HR Operations:

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees on all HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with employee relations, conducting exit interviews, and other HR functions as needed.
  • Ensure smooth on- and offboarding of employees.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance in executing employment contracts and related documentation; help to streamline, document, and implement HR processes to foster efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Pull reports, compile data, and maintain accurate employment records to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner closely with US-based divisions, including Business HR, Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Legal, and Payroll, to ensure compliance and address any issues related to employee pay and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a prior Recruitment and/or HR Operations Specialist role
  • Ideally 5+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
  • Exceptional level of integrity and discretion.
  • A positive, empathetic and resilient personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and hiring teams with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible as priorities change in an international environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is preferred.
  • A proactive, organized approach to managing multiple priorities and projects.
