Iron Mountain, a leading provider of storage and information management services, is seeking a Records Management Logistics Driver to join our team. As a Logistics Driver, you will play a critical role in our organization, responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of our clients' sensitive documents and information from their site to our Iron Mountain locations.

This can be physically demanding as it would involve moving files and boxes between client sites and the company vehicle.

Iron Mountain, a leader in secure information management, is seeking a reliable 18 tonne Truck Driver to manage the secure delivery and collection of confidential documents, data, and media for our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive scheduled routes for confidential data delivery and collection, meeting service times.

  • Safely load/unload data at the depot and customer locations (includes manual lifting).

  • Adhere strictly to Iron Mountain's Driver's Code of Conduct and all traffic laws.

  • Perform vehicle inspections (pre/post-trip), fuel, clean, and report any issues.

  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately: daily logs, debriefs, checklists, customer signatures.

  • Follow all Health & Safety, security, and accident prevention policies.

  • Ensure data and vehicle security is maintained at all times.

We're Looking For:

  • Current, clean HGV driving license with an excellent driving record.

  • Previous driving/logistics experience.

  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation.

  • Thorough understanding of driving regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Methodical, reliable, and highly motivated.

  • Comfortable using IT for work confirmation.
