This role will play a key role in enabling New Products Commercialization and go-to-market activities, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment across products, solutions and services.
As a GTS Strategic DTI Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in early stages of strategic initiatives, designing operating and commercial service models, in order to validate/refine new product, solution, value prop from a technical and economic standpoint
- Preparing budget proposals and technical offering, assessing in-house competencies to support and execute opportunities, with the support of technical, product leadership and commercial teams
- Managing project resources to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and budget and per program plans
- Identifying all risks linked to each project, setting up/ executing required activities ensuring each risk is identified, understood and managed with clear disclosure to stakeholders
- Managing complex interactions and discussions requiring involvement from internal and external stakeholders
- Managing technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects involved in creating the optimum solution for each project
- Interacting in early stages of project development to generate demand and increase market penetration, participating in project screening and applying a prioritization strategy

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with proven experience in Proposals
- Have a deep understanding of digital and aftermarket dynamics and its evolution
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of digital products and their value, customer dynamics and decision process
- Have proven experience working in matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholders and business units
- Be able to show good analytical skills and proven capabilities to develop Business Cases - preferred MBA
- Have sound leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority across diverse teams and senior stakeholders
- .Be able to demonstrate experience on Customer scouting and engagement, Project Management, Innovation, Business Development, Strategy
- Be fluent in English and Italian
