Role 

We are looking for a GTM AI Manager, Sales Analytics to join our team. This is a Bangalore role, reporting to the Sr. Director, GTM Operations in the Sales BI & Analytics department. In this role, you will solve complex business problems using data to drive the growth of the organization across sales and related functions. You will leverage advanced analytics, Python, Snowflake, and cutting-edge Generative AI tools to transform raw data into actionable strategic insights.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions to positively impact business performance
  • Drive Generative AI initiatives by utilizing generative AI tools and techniques to design, prototype, and implement solutions using large language models and existing AI tooling
  • Utilize prompt engineering to craft, optimize, and test effective prompts for large language model tools to maximize outputs and insights for business applications
  • Develop and optimize AI agents capable of assisting with decision-making such as in chatbots or enhancing operational efficiency within sales and related functions
  • Evaluate options regarding appropriate modeling techniques or algorithms and present complex data in an uncomplicated, easy-to-understand way to drive action

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
  • Hands-on experience in advanced statistical analysis, constructing complex statistical models, and working with large language models like OpenAI or Anthropic along with relevant frameworks
  • Proven experience building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous applications designed to handle tasks such as chatbots or workflow automation
  • Proficiency in Python, relevant machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn, and using SQL to build data models via ETL tools like DBT
  • Ability to drive analytics solutions in a multi-disciplinary environment while managing multiple concurrent projects and collaborating with diverse internal teams

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience fine-tuning open-source large language models or implementing advanced retrieval-augmented generation pipelines specifically tailored to optimize sales operations metrics and forecasting
  • Advanced experience leveraging Snowflake and Salesforce.com to deliver predictive intelligence for enterprise sales pipelines
  • Demonstrated capability in translating complex data models into clear, actionable strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
