As a Group FP&A Manager, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.
The role:
As a Group FP&A Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
- Leading strategic and financial planning processes including 10-year strategy, annual budgeting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, ensuring alignment with business goals and external requirements.
- Driving financial analysis and reporting including forecasts, variance and profitability analysis, delivering insights for performance improvement and decision-making.
- Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, budget cycles, cross-functional projects, and resolution of internal performance issues.
- Enhancing FP&A tools, processes, and skillsets, improve data capture and analysis efficiency at Group level, and support continuous improvement in planning capabilities.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- University degree required; qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred, with experience in financial planning, analysis, strategy, controllership, and corporate finance.
- Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial statements and commercial acumen.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, working independently under pressure.
