  • Act as a first-line contact for internal DRIs on procurement queries related to process, policy, or order status.
  • Help maintain accurate supplier records, pricing files, and documentation in procurement systems.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding processes and compliance documentation collection.
  • Prepare regular reports on purchasing activity, supplier performance, and cost trends.
  • Assist with spend analysis, data gathering for category reviews, and ad hoc reporting as requested.
  • Support the development of procurement KPIs and dashboards used for performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of standard operating procedures, documentation, and training materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas for efficiency gains or automation.

You Have
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related administrative role, ideally in a multinational or financial services organisation
  • Understanding of core procurement processes, including P2P, supplier interaction, and purchase order lifecycle
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle, DocuSign)
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple requests
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional European languages a plus
  • Proactive, collaborative, and willing to take ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to procurement across multiple indirect categories (e.g., IT, services, facilities)
  • Awareness of European regulatory requirements and data privacy considerations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in procurement or sourcing

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
