What you'll do as a Gaming Operations Associate
- Perform 3rd party game providers integration testing
- Perform games testing on all platforms
- Work on internal side game features
- Help the team with debugging game issues during new state/brands development
- Create defect tickets, collaborate with developers, update status reports, and track issues to resolution
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, QA & Development teams to drive a completed final product
- Ensure timely delivery of requests and solutions according to the Casino Units and its partner suppliers
What you'll bring:
- Have 1+ year of proven experience as a technical support person, or in a similar position within an online gaming company
- Proactive communication skills and the ability to work closely in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as business needs evolve
- A growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve and adopt new testing approaches
- Basic proficiency with tools such as: Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, Kibana etc.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail
- Strong technical and business orientation skills
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide a quick resolution to problems
