You'll own the configuration and integration of ServiceNow as we roll it out across the business, working with cross-functional teams to build streamlined, automated solutions that actually scale.

What you'll do as a Lead ServiceNow Engineer
- Configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow modules aligned with business goals.
- Design and build catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies and dashboards.
- Own the platform's daily administration, including roles, permissions, and system health.
- Drive the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects through the full implementation lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design, test plans, etc.
- Lead and support web service integrations using REST and SOAP to connect with third-party systems.
- Apply and enforce ServiceNow best practices, governance, and release management processes.
- Ensure all implementations and customizations align with ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
What you'll bring
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer and/or Implementation Specialist.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification is required.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, with exposure to ITOM and CSM modules.
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and how they apply to service management.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow projects through planning, build, launch, and post-support.
- Experience with REST integrations, including authentication and data transformations, is an advantage.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
