As a Front-end Developer, you will develop and optimize client applications using a modern tech stack, collaborate with teams, and ensure high-quality performance and usability.

- Develop and optimize high-quality, performant client applications using our modern front-end stack (Next.js, React, TypeScript).
- With your team, you take ownership of the end-to-end life-cycle of your applications.
- Collaborate with the front-end community in aligning and standardizing technologies and best practices across teams.
- Implement new front-end technologies to enhance performance, usability, and team productivity.
- Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end/UI requirements.
- Utilize Design Systems to build scalable and maintainable front-end components.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving respectful and constructive feedback. Ability to implement front-end initiatives effectively within a team environment.
- 5+ years of experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and modern libraries like Next.js.
- You’re pragmatic but precise; you take pride in making your implementations pixel perfect and work efficiently to get there without overcomplicating.
- Familiarity with monorepo (e.g., NX) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and accessibility best practices. Preferably in an Ecommerce environment.
- Experience with CMS platforms like Contentful and e-commerce engines such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopify is a plus.
