About The Role

We're launching our UK office, and we're hiring a senior, founding Enterprise SDR to lead outbound into our largest UK accounts. You'll own strategic outreach into complex enterprise organisations, navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, and build the pipeline that anchors our UK go-to-market motion. You'll work closely with our Sales team to prospect, nurture senior relationships, and drive enterprise sales opportunities through to qualified handover.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategic outreach into large UK enterprise accounts through cold calls, personalised messages, and multi-threaded campaigns.

  • Build long-term relationships and engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales—often C-1 and C-2 level.

  • Develop account plans for complex organisations, mapping decision-makers and buying committees.

  • Craft tailored value propositions grounded in a deep understanding of enterprise P2P and O2C processes.

  • Shape the UK enterprise SDR playbook—your learnings will define how we sell into this segment.

  • Identify bottlenecks early and orchestrate the right internal resources to keep deals moving.

  • You bring proven SDR or sales experience, ideally with enterprise or complex B2B accounts, and a track record of exceeding targets.

  • You're comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles.

  • You're energised by being a founding member and building the enterprise motion from scratch.

  • You're structured, detail-oriented, and disciplined with CRM hygiene (we use HubSpot).

  • You handle rejection with resilience and keep momentum over long cycles.

  • You're curious, a natural problem-solver, and a team player with a strong sense of ownership.
