About The Role

We're launching our UK office, and we're hiring founding SDRs to build it with us. You'll be on the ground in London from day one—connecting with decision-makers at leading industrial companies, building our UK pipeline from scratch, and shaping the playbook future hires will follow. You'll work closely with our Sales Team to build relationships, uncover needs, and convert leads into customers.

This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing scale-up as a founding team member, with outsized influence on how we build the UK go-to-market motion and the culture of the London team.

What You'll Do

  • Own targeted outreach to UK prospects through cold calls and personalized messages.

  • Run discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders, handing over qualified demo opportunities.

  • Craft tailored value propositions for industrial stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.

  • Shape the UK SDR playbook—your learnings will define how we sell in this market.

  • Stay ahead of the market by analysing P2P and O2C processes and tracking industry trends.

  • Prioritise complex deals and identify bottlenecks to keep things moving forward.

We're Excited About You Because

  • You're fluent in English; German or another European language is a strong plus.

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's in STEM, Psychology, Business, or similar.

  • You're energised by the idea of being a founding member and building from scratch.

  • You're confident on the phone, comfortable with scripts, and skilled at open-ended questions.

  • You're structured, organised, and detail-oriented (our CRM is HubSpot).

  • You handle rejection with resilience and keep momentum through long sales cycles.

  • You're curious, a natural problem-solver, and a team player with a strong sense of ownership.
