Provides personalized fitness guidance, training programs, personal and group sessions for hotel guests and Health Club members. Monitors progress, promotes fitness services, maintains records, supports Health Club operations, and ensures safe, clean, well-maintained facilities while following Hilton standards and health regulations.
As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for supporting the daily fitness operations of the Health Club, providing professional guidance to hotel guests and members, and creating a welcoming and safe fitness environment. You will contribute to an excellent guest and member experience by delivering personalized fitness support, fitness programs and group activities in line with Hilton standards.
Responsibilities- Provide professional fitness guidance and support to hotel guests and Health Club members.
- Create and implement fitness programs according to individual needs and fitness goals.
- Conduct personal training and fitness sessions when required.
- Monitor members’ and guests’ progress and provide appropriate guidance and motivation.
- Ensure all exercises and training activities are performed safely and correctly.
- Build positive and professional relationships with hotel guests and Health Club members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member and fitness records.
- Support the daily operation of the fitness area and Health Club.
- Ensure all fitness equipment and areas are clean, safe and properly maintained.
- Support Health Club sales and promotional activities when required.
- Promote Personal Training and other Health Club services.
- Support reception, pool and other Health Club operations when required.
- Report any maintenance, safety or operational issues to the Health Club Manager.
- Follow Hilton standards, policies and procedures at all times.
- Comply with all health, safety and fire regulations.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Health Club Manager.
- Relevant Fitness Trainer / Fitness certification.
- Previous experience in a hotel, Health Club or fitness environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach towards both hotel guests and Health Club members.
- Good knowledge of fitness, exercise techniques and training principles.
- Ability to motivate and support guests and members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proactive, responsible and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
