Primary Purpose: The Finance Business Partner plays an integral role within the Tapestry Europe FP&A team to provide financial planning, analysis and reporting for store and digital related SG&A (Sales, General and Administrative expenses) for Tapestry Europe.

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business to develop robust financial plans, providing constructive challenge and insight to support sound decision-making.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in SG&A to:

  • Manage and plan the Tapestry Europe store SG&A budgets, including payroll, occupancy, operations, selling, and distribution costs

  • Lead the monthly cost review process with key stakeholders to identify variances to the plan and associated risks or opportunities

  • Drive cost efficiency initiatives and support actions to improve store profitability

  • Utilise SAP and Hyperion to build payroll KPIs to support with financial analysis and budgeting

  • Manage the store P&L for Tapestry Europe Retail and Outlet channels, including digital operating costs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Store Operations, HR, IT, Visual Merchandising, and Digital

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner leading operating budgets, financial analysis, cost accounting, and/or P&L management

  • Qualified accountant with a recognised professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)

  • Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency with Excel

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex business challenges and translate data into actionable recommendations

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide constructive challenge, influence stakeholders, and drive effective decision-making at all levels

  • Collaborative and results-driven team player, with a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to delivering business outcomes

  • Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
