Job Description

We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Belfast office. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an interesting and varied company, who offer a busy yet friendly place of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Purchase Order reviews
  • Dealing with Supplier Queries
  • Ad-hoc reporting
  • Supplier Statement reconciliation
  • Sales invoicing
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Belfast office.​​​​​​
