Mission
Develop the territory under his charge by managing the human resources under his supervision, implementing the business policies defined by the company, being the link between the Field Force and the client, guaranteeing the attention of the POS' under an account concept. Increase, share and standardization of all processes in all assigned territories.
Main responsibilities
Customer Management
- Prepare proposals that generate development of the brand in the different channels that have been assigned to the team of Team Leaders in charge.
- Increase company's shares in the assigned territories, coordinating the implementation of the defined strategy to execute the perfect store, managing the human resources under his supervision, the implementation of the commercial policies defined by the company, being the link between Sell Through and the Sell Out, guaranteeing the attention of the PDVs under an account concept.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the processes and strategies agreed with the client.
- Receive business plans and JBP from trade partners to standardize execution in all assigned territories.
- Work hand in hand with the client to establish the monthly sell out targets by Territory and people within the structure. Follow up on the goals together throughout the month to ensure their fulfillment according to the reality that is presented in each assigned market.
- Achieve synergy between the different teams of GLM.
- Standardize and implement the best practices executed in all business units of the corporation.
Store Management
- Ensures the correct execution and care of the brand in the POS that are within the assigned territory.
- Take care of the allocation and placement of optimal POP in its territory, according to brand guidelines.
- Guarantee the veracity and consistency of the information released by your sales team.
- Manage and provide relevant information of its geography.
- Generate specific strategies by marketing channel.
- Ensure compliance with sales targets in the different channels.
People Management
- Plans, coordinates and controls the management of the sales team in charge.
- Establishes management objectives for the sales team in charge.
- Trains, coach, motivates and supervises team leads.
- Randomly accompanies Team leads in their daily management with a certain frequency by way of coaching and supervision.
- Evaluate the performance of your team in trade.
- Conduct team meetings with the established frequency, both group and individuals.
- He and his team transmit the values of the brand in its territory and interrelationships.
